What are my available options for care?

Here at Pleasant Hill Care Center we offer long term careshort term care and rehab in our skilled nursing facility. We also have specialty care programs, such as our dedicated vent unit, our secured dementia unit and our outpatient dialysis.

Our dedicated care team includes professional RNs, LPNs and nursing assistants. All of our caring staff members is committed to helping residents with their different daily needs. Pleasant Hill Care Center has been providing care, dignity and respect to residents since opening in 1991.

How is my level of care determined?

Our specialized care team will review your medical history, your current health, and your current needs to determine the best care plan for you and all of your unique requirements.

Do you offer transportation services to residents?

Yes, at certain times and in certain cases transportation is available. For emergencies and for medical needs, transportation is always available.

What is the cost to come to Pleasant Hill Care Center?

There are a wide range of costs, all dependent on how much care each resident needs, additional amenities requested, and the level of insurance coverage. You can call us at (740) 289-2394 to find out more about how much it may cost.

Is Pleasant Hill Care Center the right place for me?

Taking a tour of our facility is probably your best first step. If you aren’t ready to come in, view our photo tour online. This will help you determine if Pleasant Hill is the right place for you. While on your free tour, you can visit our building and walk through the facility, speak with residents, and meet different members of our care team. Is short term care available at Pleasant Hill?

Yes! Short term care is a large part of what we do – helping residents recover from a hospital stay or from a health event (accident, stroke, and others). We also sometimes do short term care for residents whose primary caregiver is going on vacation or on a business trip.

We are here to help you transition back home! Our professional care team can help make any necessary transition. Our team includes RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants and more. Learn more about our short term care.

Do you have skilled nursing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Yes! Our skilled nursing staff is caring for our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What amenities do you offer?

Do you allow pets to move in with residents?

The short answer is yes. However, there may be limitations involved. Please discuss options for bringing a pet when you come in for the free tour, or call in and discuss it with our staff.
